StarT->Run->Regedit
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER-> Control Panel-> Color
Go to Button Highlight click it (You will Find it on Right side)
right click it then MODIFY (Enter value given below)
ButtonHilight=128 128 128
ButtonShadow=255 255 255
